How long do the classes last?
Each course runs for 4 weeks from the start of each month, with each session lasting approximately 50 minutes.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring plenty treats,, your dog's favourite toy, and have your dog on a lead.
Are there any restrictions for dogs attending the classes?
Our classes are open to dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. Unfortunately we can NOT accept banned or restricted breeds, nor dogs with aggression issues into group classes.
What happens if I miss a class?
Due to the structure of our classes, missed classes cannot be made up. Please ensure you can attend all sessions.
Can my family attend the classes with me?
Yes, we encourage family involvement but ask that children are supervised and respectful of the dogs and other participants.
What if my dog isn't suitable for group classes?
We strive to accommodate all dogs, but in cases where a dog may not thrive in a group setting, we'll discuss alternative options with you.
How do I sign up for a class?
Visit our website and navigate to the 'Enrol Now' section to sign up for your preferred class.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if we're able to resell your spot before the course begins. However, once the course starts refunds are not available.
