Terms and Conditions of Service

• If you do cancel less than 48 hrs before your session, you are not entitled to a refund………..

• No refunds are given after 3 sessions ………..

• If you are not consistent with the instructions given don’t expect behaviour changes from your dog………

• Training sessions may be paused if I believe your dog is in need of a pain assessment or veterinary treatment…….

• Please note that pain may slow down progress…… • Outdoor sessions may be postponed in the event of unsuitable weather…..

• All bite history must be disclosed……….

• Smart Dog Training only use reward based training and you will be expected to in order to achieve results……..

• I do work alongside several qualified individuals, however training will cease if you’re also working with anyone who is unqualified or using punitive methods on your dog……….

• Achieving the results you want can take time…….

• We may work in your garden. Please make sure your garden is clear of dog poo…….

• If you are coming to me then please wait for me to meet you before getting your dog out of the car and please keep your car on the gravel when parking………

• Please let me if you do not agree for any photos or recording to be used on social media…..

• The charge is £180 for 3 sessions.. Please pay the amount applicable in order to secure your session………

• Forms and payment must be completed within 48 hrs of booking or sessions will be resold.
